There is 1 new case in the Atlantic Bubble today, it's in NB; PEI reports 3 recoveries whilst NB reports 1. The case is a New Brunswicker from the Edmundston area who was staying in Quebec prior to noticing symptoms. The individual was tested in that QC and will remain there until recovered. Public health spokesperson Alysha Elliott says cases are reported based on home address, not location at time of testing. This means there are 8 active cases in PEI, 2 in NS, 2 in NB and 1 in NFLD, none known to be related to the Atlantic Bubble itself. In NS, 53/65 (82%) NS deaths are from Northwood and 57/65 (88%) are from long term care in general (11 different facilities have reported cases, none have an active case). Yesterday, 1212 tests were completed with 0 new cases reported.

From the Press Release:
Public health is managing and investigating a case of COVID-19 that is in Nova Scotia but had been identified in another province. Since the person tested positive in another province, the case is not included in the total number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

Note the inconsistency between the NS and NB policy regarding cases confirmed in another province. Perhaps the person in NS is not a NS resident, but if that's the case I am unsure why they would be here after testing positive elsewhere.

- NS has 65 deaths, making the death rate 65/1M population
- NB has 2 deaths, their rate is 2.5/1M
- PEI has 0 deaths
- NFLD has 3 deaths, their rate is 5.75/1M
- Canada's rate sitting at 244/1M
- Global rate is 117.3/1M
- US rate is 581/1M
- Austria rate is 85/1M
- Spain is 633/1M
- Sweden is 570/1M

Notable points for today:
- Spain reported 71 deaths yesterday for an increase of 0.24%.
- Austria reports 1 death for an increase of 0.13%.
- The rate of increase in Canada is 0.09% with 8 deaths. This marks 38/42 days at/under 0.1%, all but 1 under 0.15%.
- The US rate of increase is 0.51%. 74/88 days are under a 0.75% increase, 20 of them at/under 0.3%.
- Sweden's increase is 0.02% meaning 35/36 days are at/under 0.1%.
