Quebec Elementary Schools and Day-cares to Open Starting May 11
Just to add context to the attached CTV article, Quebec has the highest rate of death and infection in Canada, more than 3x the number of cases per capita vs NS and 8x the number of deaths per capita. They had twice as many deaths per capita yesterday, than our worst day, and similar to NS the bulk of their problem is in LTC facilities.
Will be interesting to see how this goes but it's encouraging to see, nonetheless.
