There is 4 new cases in the Atlantic Bubble today, 1 in NFLD and 3 in NB; NS & NFLD report 1 recovery each, NB reports 14. Ontario numbers are updated. The new case in NFLD is a male between 20-39 who recently returned from work in Alberta. He has been isolating since arriving back in the province. The 3 new cases in NB are all in zone 5 (Campbellton). There are 4 active chains of infection in zone 5 that are not linked, which indicates a strong likelihood of community spread. This means there are 3 active cases in PEI, 4 in NS, 81 in NB and 9 in NFLD, none known to be related to the Atlantic Bubble itself. In NS, 53/65 (82%) NS deaths are from Northwood and 57/65 (88%) are from long term care in general (11 different facilities have reported cases, none have an active case). Yesterday, 975 tests were completed with 0 new cases reported.

Zone 5 (Campbellton) in NB is staying in the orange phase with additional restrictions. As of midnight tonight, contact must be limited to a single household bubble until the outbreak is under control.

Zone 1 (Moncton) will transition back to the yellow phase as of midnight tonight, as the outbreak is considered under control.

- The rate of increase in Canada is 0.36% with 35 deaths (19 QC, 9 ON, 3 AB, 2 BC, 1 NB, 1 MB). This marks 83/97 days at/under 0.15%. 15/19 QC deaths occurred between Oct 14-19 and 2 more prior to Oct 14. Just 2/19 were in the last 24 hours.
- The US rate of increase is 0.52%. 29/35 days are at/under a 0.45% increase, 9 of them at/under 0.2%.
- Sweden's increase is 0.02% meaning 54/61 days are at/under 0.05%, all under 0.1%.
