There are 14 new cases in the Atlantic Bubble today, 3 in NS, 2 in NFLD, 9 in NB; NS reports 3 recoveries, NFLD reports 2, NB reports 1. Ontario numbers are updated. The new cases in NS are in the Central Zone. All the cases are close contacts of previously reported cases. The first new case in NFLD is a resident returning from work in Alberta. The 2nd case is a close contact of a previous case. In NB, 5 cases are in zone 1 Moncton, 2 in zone 2 St John, 1 in zone 3 Fredericton and 1 in zone 6 Bathurst. All are under investigation. This means there are 3 active cases in PEI, 24 in NS, 40 in NB and 9 in NFLD, none known to be related to the Atlantic Bubble itself. In NS, 53/65 (82%) NS deaths are from Northwood and 57/65 (88%) are from long term care in general (11 different facilities have reported cases, none have an active case). Yesterday, 1184 tests were completed with 3 new cases reported.
