Crowd Funding - Charter Challenge to Mandatory Masks in Nova Scotia
With today's announcement around the mandatory mask policy in schools in Nova Scotia, it's time to launch a legal challenge to these over reaching policies that are not based in science, epidemiology, or expert advice. The goal for this first round of funding is to raise $5000 as a retainer for a Constitutional Lawyer to research and investigate the validity of the claim we will be making against the Province of Nova Scotia as it pertains to mandatory masks, and to give a professional opinion on the way forward. After that, we will determine the next steps but will have to continue raising funds to proceed with the challenge in court. One step at a time, we have to see if there is any real appetite to make this challenge, ie: Can we raise the funds? Note, if we are unable to reach our first goal, refunds will be issued minus a small percentage to cover the costs of advertising this campaign.
